Recounting the day it happened and the day of surgery....it may have happened in May, surgery in July....it's now the end of November and even though it feels like a lifetime ago...it feels like just yesterday. And so there is nothing to do except press ahead - more PT - more moving forward...as someone once told me, it's ok to look back...just don't stop there....like a pirouette....keep spotting ahead....keep turning....keep moving...
